Cancellation and rescheduling policy

- If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, its possible 24h before your appointment.
- All service cancellations or rescheduling require an advance notification of at least 24h before the original date and time of the reserved service.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on time (24h before your appointment), you will not be charged and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note that if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24h in advance, you will be charged the full price for the service. Any additional costs or expenses will not be included in this charge.
- To avoid being charged for a service you didn't cancel on time, you can request to reschedule a new appointment.
- You are allowed to reschedule your appointment only once with no exceptions.
- Group booking of 4 or more people requires a minimum 7-day advance notification.
- No-shows will be charged at 100% of the cost of the service price you book.
- Reservations are pre-paid in full including taxes.
