We offer our services primarily in NYC, Brooklyn, and Queens. However, if we have an available artist or esthetician and receive requests from outside the city, we are happy to come to your location.
Please note that we charge an additional fee for travel to your location on top of our basic price. The final cost will depend on factors such as location, time, and special occasions such as weddings. Once we have determined these details, we will provide you with the final price.

Yes, you will receive confirmation e-mail and SMS for your booked appointment. In case you haven’t seen the confirmation e mail, please check your junk or spam inbox.

Yes, you will receive e-mail 24h before your booked appointment.

Upon receiving an e-mail confirming your appointment, you will also find a link to cancel your appointment within the same e-mail. Simply click on the link and confirm your cancellation, if you wish to do so. Keep in mind that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Our professionals are coming to you, and they set up their stuff in your place based on the conditions they have. Based on the service you booked, we highly recommend having washed hair if you booked a blowout or any hair service, preparing your face and applying your favorite moisturizer for makeup, and choosing a comfortable place for you if you have a facial treatment.

An entire makeup application appointment usually takes 60 minutes, but it can be done even before, depending on the makeup artist.

For any hairstyle you choose, the appointment takes a maximum of 60 minutes.

Facial treatment is a very complex and significant treatment in selecting our services and requires comfort to feel the benefits of this treatment yourself. It lasts 60 minutes, and our licensed esthetician also needs the comfort of his position during the treatment.

Our makeup and hair stylist or esthetician can wait for you for 15 minutes. So please ensure your appointment starts on time, because of the next appointment.

It’s important to tip our artists, and you don’t need to worry about whether you have cash on hand when it’s time to do so. After completing your purchase on the checkout page, a 20% tip will be automatically charged and the artists will be notified.
